To secure your horsebox booking, all required documents must be provided at the time of
booking for insurance approval.
Bookings cannot be confirmed until documentation has been received and approved.

Booking Requirements – Documents Required
To secure your horsebox hire, all of the following must be provided at the time of booking for
insurance approval.
Bookings cannot be confirmed without full documentation.
01 | Valid Driving Licence
• Driver must be over 23 years of age
• No more than 3 penalty points
• Full licence held for a minimum of 24 months
• Plastic card licence only (paper licences are not accepted)
02 | DVLA Driving Record
• A copy of your DVLA driving record is required
• Please complete the DVLA check using the link below and send the record to us

03 | Proof of Address (Utility Bill)
• Dated within the last 90 days
• Must match the name and address on your driving licence
• Accepted documents:

04 | Debit or Credit Card
• A valid debit or credit card is required
